When a supervisor or boss calls a worker into a meeting, it can be scary or intimidating. Thanks to Weingarten Rights, stewards can join members in most meetings with management to boost their fellow union members’ confidence and protect their rights.
Join Labor Notes and other steward activists for an online workshop to learn about when these rights apply, and what stewards should do prior to a meeting where they have been called in to represent a worker.
We’ll also cover what stewards can and cannot do for members when they’re in a meeting with management together, as well as what to talk about with members afterwards.

Consider adding a half-price subscription to the Labor Notes magazine to your registration (usually $30/year, but $15/year for workshop attendees who register with the half-price subscription)!
If you want to register more than one person, change the quantity of registrations in your shopping cart on the next page.
