Following the presidential election, CEOs are eager to use 2025 to bust our unions and divide working people like we've never seen. From public workers to the building trades to everyone striving to win their first union, we all have a ton on the line.

It's time to get organized to fight.

This national online workshop will start with a panel of union members and leaders sharing lessons learned in their unions about how billionaires disorganize us, then laying out ideas for their unions to go on offense.

In the second part, Labor Notes will provide a training on overcoming fear and division in your workplace, to help build the kind of member solidarity that can unite whole communities and beat back the boss attacks and the billionaires.

In small group discussions, you'll get to work out next steps in your workplace and union.

Like our old song says, “In our hands is placed a power greater than their hoarded gold.” If we put all that power—our creative labor, our relationships and solidarity—to work together, unions can build the strength of the working class, not just turn the wheels for the billionaires.
